私のアトリエ

お教室では、来年の干支の牛さんを親子で作っているので、コスモスの作業が
停滞しています。
そこで、今まで作った作品を順次アップしていきます。
今日は、スミレ。
At the class, I am making a cow and a calf for next year will be
the year of the Ox. So, the work for cosmos is being delay.
I just thought it would be good to put some pictures for the work I made
previously little by little.
So, I put some pictures of the violet.


作りすぎてしまったので、100円ショップで購入した鉢っぽい食器（黒い方ね）と鉢に
植えてみました。いい感じでしょ？
Well, I made so many of them. Probably too many.
So, I put them in a bowl(left in the picture below) and a flat pot that
I bought at a doller shop.
Look pretty good, huh?

このコスモス、形を作るのが超難しかった
恐らく、今まで作ってきたものの中で一番難しかったと思う。
特に今回の粘土が柔らかすぎたので、扱いが難しく、何回作っては潰しただろうか・・・。



まだ、地塗り、表情がけ、葉っぱをつけたりと作業が残っているけど、苦労した分、
完成がとても楽しみ

It was very difficult to form like a cosmos.
I think these cosmos are the most difficult work I ever made so far.
The clay was too moist and soft and I had a hard time to handle.
I don't know how many times I smashed the clay after forming like a cosmos.

I haven't put paint on them yet. Then I still have to put leaves and pieces
together.
Since I had a difficult time to make those parts, I am so thrilled to finish
this work.
